Most online used car platforms address this poorly — cluttered listings, unclear pricing, no verifiable inspection history, and a buyer experience that creates doubt rather than resolving it.

GACUSED had the institutional credibility of the Ghassan Aboud name behind it — but that advantage could only be realised if the platform itself felt worthy of that trust. Translating offline credibility into a digital experience, while also building the strategic and commercial infrastructure to scale, was the core challenge.
